Project proposal for the Festival of Regions 2009. For the duration of the festival, the city runner no.2 was supposed to get a face lift. Entirely covered in adhesive photovoltaik foil, it would have appeared as if the city of Linz had the first solar tram, moving passengers between University and Solar City.
